I founded Aurelia on a simple premise — healthcare organizations shouldn't have to choose between operational efficiency and regulatory integrity. I help them achieve both.

Twenty-one years working inside federal and civilian healthcare systems taught me that most operational problems aren't mysteries. They're patterns — and they're fixable with the right expertise and a structured approach.

I work with organizations where the stakes are high, and the margin for error is low. Every engagement is built around your specific environment, not a generic playbook.

Nina Granville, MHA
Founder & Principal Consultant

I'm Nina Granville, and I've spent over two decades working inside some of the most demanding healthcare environments in the country — federal agencies, security-cleared settings, and complex civilian systems where the margin for error is essentially zero.

That background shaped how I work. I don't come in with generic frameworks. I look at what's actually happening inside an organization — the workflows, the documentation gaps, the compliance exposure — and I build a plan specific to that environment.

My areas of focus are clinical operations, regulatory compliance, SOP development, and operational performance. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's in Healthcare Administration, and I'm currently finishing a Master's in Health Education & Promotion.

MISSION

I started Aurelia to do one thing well: bring operational discipline, regulatory precision, and strategic clarity to healthcare organizations ready to perform at a higher standard.
